HOØKZ Lashes Return Policy
Items eligible for return:
- Items damaged during delivery.
Items not eligible for return:
- Error in size selection.
- Items damaged due to mishandling.
- Used items.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional items.
Return period:
- You have 5 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Return procedure:
- Magnetic eyelashes must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Any returned product, including gifts with purchase, must be returned with the respective product.
- Send your return request to hookz.lashes@gmail.com. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.
Refund:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the processing will be done according to the conditions and timelines of your payment method.
